Why should I use a travel agent?

Even in the age of online booking, travel agents are a great source of information and discounts. A travel agent can make sure that your trip is tailored to you, assist you in case of unexpected problems, and help you anticipate potential issues in advance.

Will I pay more if I book through an agent?

Our fees are transparent. In many cases, you save more than you spend. We can work within your budget, and we always focus on making sure that you get a solid value in return for our fees. 

Do you book group travel?

Yes! Do you have an upcoming conference for your business or a student trip? We can handle the details and ensure that you have access to group seating, entrances, and discounts. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED ON THE TRIPS?

Inclusions vary from trip to trip and depend on the country but each experience is designed to ensure everything is handled from the moment you land till you head back home. This means that we handle your accommodations, airport transfers, activities and more to ensure you have a stress free experience.

CAN I COME ALONE OR DO I HAVE TO COME WITH SOMEONE?

Come solo or bring a friend - its completely up to you! Our group trips are specifically designed to connect travelers together so that you no longer have to wait on friends to travel. We typically find that at-least 80% of the group attends solo. 

IF I CHANGE MY MIND, DO I GET A REFUND?


It is a commitment to bring these experiences to our guests as we plan months in advance for your arrival. When you make payments towards your trip we in turn make payments to our vendors for your accommodations, activities and more hence why we are unable to provide refunds due to cancellation especially when given late notice. We do however, do our best to provide alternative solutions such as trip transfers when we are given early notice of cancellation.

All deposit are non-refundable and all payments made towards the balance of your trip are non-refundable 7 days after the payment is made.

Unforeseen situations may present themselves to our guests and for those circumstances, situations and occasions we HIGHLY recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance to cover your assets.

HOW DO I PROTECT MY TRIP IF SOMETHING UNFORESEEN HAPPENS?

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance - this ensures that you are insured should unforeseen complications occur like severe weather or medical emergencies. We recommend World Nomads travel insurance but please make sure to research travel insurance companies on your own to make sure that it suits your needs and coverage requirements.

WHERE DO I BOOK MY FLIGHTS FROM?

You are responsible for your own flights but we do provide assistance with finding the right flight. We have our own personal travel agent you can work with to help you sort out your flight details. For assistance at anytime with finding flights please email info@businessfuntrips.com

WHAT DOES THE ROOMING SITUATION LOOK LIKE?

For our group trips all accommodations are double occupancy unless you are purchasing a single room. This means that you will be paired with a friend or another traveler of your choice. If you are joining our trip with a friend, please let us know in advance so we can ensure to accommodate you according to preference. If you are attending solo you will have the chance to meet all the other travelers in our group chat prior to your arrival otherwise we can pair you up with another traveler based on a roommate form you will be prompted to fill out.

WHEN SHOULD I AIM TO ARRIVE AND DEPART?

We ask that you aim to arrive on day 1 anytime before 4pm, if possible. We will arrange airport transfers based on the flight details you provide us so if you arrive later than expected no worries we still have you covered.

You can leave anytime on our last day, although hotel check out will usually be around 12pm. We typically have a goodbye dinner the night before so if you need to leave a night earlier you can plan to leave after dinner.
